Tablet Pupuk Perkebunan Karet [ Fertilizer for Rubber Tree]
Gramalet® Rubber is a fertilizer tablets with the content and nutritional composition of NPK, MgSCa + element micro formula and manufactured specifically for rubber plants ( Hevea brasiliensis) . The fertilizer will help farmers get many fertilizer nutrient required once the rubber plant in one tablet. With full content covering the primary nutrient ( N, P, K) , secondary nutrient ( Mg, S, Ca) and micro essential nutrient ( Zn, B, Bo, Mn, Zn, Cl) , the fertilizer formula Gramalet® Rubber presented in tablets 10 gr, diameter 24 mm with a thickness of 15 mm tablet. Formula Gramalet® Rubber has been registered at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia ( RI) No: T905/ BSP/ II/ 2003.
____________
Gramalet® rubber application method with a circle ( disk) within a range of 2 / 3 of the base of the stem towards the crown projection ( the straight line to the ground with a standard tip of leaf) , and drilling set point hole for placement of fertilizer Gramalet® direct four or eight directions of the wind ( 4 points or 8 points) . Gramalet® Rubber Fertilizer input half the dose recommended / year at each point) at a depth of 10-15 cm from the face of the earth. Gramalet® Rubber Fertilization is done once per 6 months or 2 times per year and time of fertilization or at the beginning and end of the rainy season.
_____________
For example, rubber plants ( TH 4) as recommended by the Center of the dose-related, to achieve the ideal productivity> 1000 kg of resin / ha / year, is 478 kg urea, 620 kg SP36 and 238 KCl / Mop or the total amount of 1336 kg kg dose / ha / year requires only 250-400 kg Gramalet® rubber / ha / yr, or if the plant population per ha of rubber trees 500, the dose / tree equal to 800 grames / tree / year.
______________
400 kg doses Gramalet® rubber / ha / yr is secured and has analyzed the nutrient content equivalent to 1336 kg effective mix of single fertilizer ( Urea, SP36 and KCl) . Applications can be made 4 or 8 points / the hole, Gramalet® drowned each 10 points ( @ 10 g) per hole ( for 4 holes / tree) or as much as 5-6 tablets for 8 holes accordance 8 cardinal directions for fertilization per 6 months. After fertilizer buried, the hole closed. Recommended at the time of fertilization, some plants clean from grass nuisance ( weeds) .
___________
By using a complete compound fertilizer Gramalet® rubber, fertilizer needs Gramalet® equivalent to only 30-35% of the total number / single dose of fertilizer ( Urea, SP-36, KCl / MOP) - commonly used as recommendations related to Central Rubber and habits of the farmers. Rubber plantation doses per 1 ( one) ha plant population density of 500 rubber trees ( TH 1 to TH 5) for example, a row will require fertilizer Gramalet® Rubber each 100 kg ( TH 1) , 160 kg ( TH 2) , 260 kg ( TH 3) , 400 kg ( TH 4) and 540 kg / ha / year ( 5 TH) . Therefore, the use of Gramalet® Rubber highly effective and efficient in order to increase farmers' income. In addition to saving labor, transportation costs to Gramalet® rubber plantation area will be much cheaper ( compare costs, for example, carrying 1336 Kg single fertilizer mixed with 250 kg Gramalet Rubber) .
__________
Gramafix® using specifications with the following package:
a) packaging in the ( inner packing) : Plastic PE 0.8 to 1, water-resistant packaging and air, the capacity of 5 kg ( gross weight)
b) The outer packaging ( outer packing) made out of cardboard D / W: a) Size: ( 355 x 360 x 263) mm b) Type of cardboard: 200/ 150/ K200 K, c) Capacity: 20 Kg.
________
With this specification as to ensure the transportation, storage and handling of transportation to the garden and between regions, including the handling at the port becomes more secure, cheaper and easier.
With high crop yields that are harvested, the amount of nutrients taken by plants from the soil will be more also because taking nutrients from the soil took place in parallel to the formation of dry matter or crop production. So for the next years crop nutrients which resides in the soil will gradually continue to decrease * )
